Return & Refund Policy

While ‘Lil Bug Events Company strives to hold events in time, there are policies in place for extenuating circumstances. 

If this event is cancelled by ‘Lil Bug Events Company, a refund for the costs of attending for vendors, authors or guests would be provided within 90 days for the inconvenience. Additional compensation may as well be provided to vendors or authors depending on contractual agreements.

If ‘Lil Bug Events Company chooses to reschedule or postpone an event, a representative or team member will reach out to each individual vendor, author or guest to discuss their attendance preference: 

• Transfer of original ticket or placement fee to the new date 
• Deliver a complete refund to be delivered within 90 days

If a vendor or author cancels 90 days prior to an event, a refund will be offered on the placement fee. If a guest cancels 30 days before an event, a refund is still accessible however if a guest cancels within that 30-day period only a partial refund may be offered. This partial refund is subject to ‘Lil Bug Events Company discretion to accept or refuse a refund of the ticket. 

While we try to remain understanding, costs and investments have been made for that individual ticket or space and compensation still must be delivered accordingly. ‘Lil Bug Events Company understands that there are extenuating life circumstances and tries to be flexible with individuals but cannot guarantee a full refund within that 30-day window. 

All authors or vendors who wish to cancel within their 90-day window are welcome to email lilbugeventscompany@gmail.com ‘Lil Bug Events Company to explain why the cancellation is taking place and request a refund.

We strive to be as transparent as possible to retain as much trust as possible for all parties involved.
