We strive to create gatherings both big & small that protect the staff, volunteers & guests altogether. A safe environment prioritizes the community experience welcoming individuals into a collective event that allows the magical moments to occur through the connection that stories have given us. With this in mind, every member attending or supporting these events will adhere to our mission of maintaining a secure atmosphere for everyone to be themselves. 

The following information is designed to explain any & all details regarding the expectations of individuals' conduct, responsibilities & treatment of the shared event experience. All guests, staff members & volunteers are individually held accountable for their actions during an event. Any misconduct online or in-person prior to, in association with or during an event will result in prompt & appropriate action.

Any discrimination, bullying, intimidation or harassment of any kind will be immediately disclosed & handled by the events team. The behaviors include & are not limited to: 

- Offensive remarks regarding race, color, religion, sexual characteristics (including orientation, gender identity or pregnancy), national origin, disability, physical appearance or age. 

Irrelevant or inappropriate sexual images or behaviors, unwanted physical contact (sexual or otherwise), simulated physical contact (sexual or otherwise) or physical intimidation in any capacity within inappropriate spaces or after being asked to cease previously stated actions.

Threats of violence, encouragement of violence towards individuals, targeted violence or the encouragement of suicide, self-harm or extreme bodily injury.

Intentional intimidation, following, stalking, unsolicited or non-consensual photography, videography or recording of individuals, including but not limited to location monitoring and online activity. Any private information unwelcomely shared publicly to shame, intimidate or bully is also prohibited.

Continued patterns of inappropriate behaviors, actions, social interactions & conversations after repeated requests to cease.

The misrepresentation, acting or performing as 'Lil Bug Events Company in communications, interactions, messages both online and in person is strictly prohibited. 

At 'Lil Bug Events Company we take any & all reports very seriously from all individuals working, volunteering or attending an event. Every individual has a right and reason to exist in the curated space & appropriate action will be taken which includes but is not limited to being banned from attending any & all current or future events. 

These statements are not taken lightly but are in fact designed for the security & care of all individuals.
